Junior Training

TSE organises a number of Training sessions for Junior members in all three disciplines. Training sessions are held on a regular basis, this helps to develop their core strength, competitive results and overall personal achievement levels. Most of the sessions are designed specifically for our Junior members, but some training session will be incorporated into the main club sessions with Senior members.
