Ladies Captain Update – March 2010

Sunday 7^th March saw the start of the Buff Mini Series with the Race 1 – Aquathlon (swim/run/swim).   The women’s results are as follows:

 1^st Venita Dabhi   - 33.20

2^nd Neha Dahbi – 34.30

3^rd Natalie Snow – 35.05 (Handicap winner)

4^th Pat Green – 40.34

5^th Celia Badley – 41.29

= Elisabeth Ross – 41.29

7^th Nicola Sayle-Smith – 42.09

8^th Jan Swallow – 45:05

Well done to Celia Badley for completing her first TSE club race.  It is not too late to enter the remaining three races of the series.

 The Ladies Harlow 5k series run by Harlow RC is being held this year on 4^th May, 18^th May and 8^th June all (Tuesday nights). Like last year there is a team prize available (3 to score). It would be good if we could put a team together.  The entry form can be found on the Harlow RC website www.thehrc.org.uk. I will also put a link to the form on the TSE website.  As we are an affiliated running club as of this year please put your club name down as Tri Sport Epping.
